Arno AI
Free pilot for London restaurants, cafés, bars and shops

Arno lets AI agents talk to your business directly. No new website required.

Right now, agents are stuck reading pages made for humans: cookie banners, carousels, a menu PDF from 2019. We give them a straight line to you instead.

Get started Free during the pilot. About ten minutes to set up.

Same question. Two very different answers.

What happens when a customer asks their assistant to order from you.

With Arno
Your assistant

Today, the assistant searches the web, opens the website, accepts cookies, downloads a PDF menu it can’t read, and suggests phoning. With Arno, it reads the restaurant’s menu and places the order in one step.

Osteria Lume is our pretend restaurant. See what assistants read.

Three steps. Then you get back to the kitchen.

  1. 01

    Type your restaurant’s name

We find your menu, prices, hours and contact details on Google Maps and the web.

  2. 02

    Check what we found

Confirm the allergens for each dish. Nothing goes live until you say so.

  3. 03

    Share your link

Add it to your Google profile and Instagram, or one hidden line on your website. Orders land on any tablet.

Keep what you earn.

Assistants send customers straight to you, so there’s no middleman taking a cut.

On a £25.00 collection order

Through a delivery app at 30% commission
You keep£0.00
Through Arno during the pilot
You keep£0.00

That’s £6.92 more on every £25 order.

Delivery apps typically charge restaurants 15–35% of each order; 30% is what one was charging on orders over £25 (Which?). Stripe’s standard fee for UK cards is 1.5% + 20p. Arno is for collection orders, and free during the pilot.

First-mover advantage

Be one of the first on your street.

When someone asks an assistant where to eat, it suggests the places it can read and order from. Right now, that’s very few.

A restaurant assistants have to guess about An Arno business: assistants can read its menu and orderIllustration, not a live map.

Questions owners ask.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. If we ever introduce fees we’ll tell you at least 30 days before, and you can leave without paying anything.

Do I need to change my website?

No. Most restaurants put their Arno link on their Google profile, Instagram and Facebook, which takes about five minutes on a phone. If you can edit your website, one hidden line helps assistants find you there too. Can’t do either? Email us and we’ll do it with you.

What about allergens?

We suggest allergens from your menu, but nothing can be ordered until you’ve confirmed each item. Assistants are told to pass allergens on to the customer, and to tell anyone with a severe allergy to call you first.

How do I get paid?

Straight into your own Stripe account. Cards are only charged when you accept the order. During the pilot you can go live first, so assistants can read your menu and send customers to you, and we switch on ordering and payments with you when you’re ready.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Orders arrive on a screen that runs on any tablet or phone and chimes when something comes in. You can pause orders whenever you’re busy.
